We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Curito. If you are not completely happy, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Returns

• You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be in unused and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, personalized items, and final sale products cannot be returned.

• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days for an exchange.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
